Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our life services, all payments are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience an issue with our services, please get in touch with us at whee@tolikkozlovsky.com to discuss potential resolutions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

As our services are provided online, no physical products will be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with access details upon purchasing a product.

Return Policy

Since our services are digital and personalized, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please get in touch with us at whee@tolikkozlovsky.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel their coaching sessions with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
• Subscription or Package Services: Clients can cancel their subscription-based plans anytime. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
• Workshops and courses: Cancellations for workshops must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to receive credit for a future session. No refunds will be issued.
